Microsoft has stated that Azure services have been restored in most places around the globe. Please feel free to test your login to Pulse as normal service has now been restored.

Azure services are having widespread disruptions globally as described here: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status
Pulse management platform is being affected due to this outage at the moment.

We are experiencing an issue where it is not possible to login to Pulse management platform from certain regions in the world. We have identified this issue to be related to the Microsoft Azure cloud services, which are currently ongoing some service disruptions here.
Please note that this issue should not have any impact on the Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls.
At Neat, we pride ourselves on providing a great service and we apologize for any inconvenience this service disruption has caused.
