Pulse Services have now been restored. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates.

UPDATE on May 03, 2024 at 05:40 UTC: 

We are experiencing a service degradation on the Pulse Control Management platform. Our team is working urgently to resolve the issue. 

Please note that this degradation has no impact on the Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls. It only affects Neat Pulse website access (including provisioning of new Pulse customer orgs) and the ability to enroll and administer devices via the Pulse management portal.
