Neat technical support for Limited Warranty and Pulse

Starting February 1, 2024, Neat technical support will be offered on an SLA-basis to Pulse Plus or Pulse Pro subscribers.  

Limited warranty customers will continue to have best-effort Level 1 support for 90 days after the date of purchase of their Neat devices. In addition, all Neat products will continue to be covered by a one-year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
