UPDATE on March 14, 2024 at 14:40 UTC:
The Neat Pulse Control team will conduct maintenance on the Pulse Control platform to address the recent service disruption on March 13, 2024.

The work will be carried out from Sunday, March 17, 6am EST to 11am EST.

We expect Pulse service to remain online for much of this window, but customers may experience some issues accessing or using the Pulse platform during this time.

Please note that this maintenance will not affect any Zoom or Microsoft Teams calls or meetings.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter.
