Neat Select
Neat Select – General
Neat Select is a centrally manageable solution that enables Neat Bar to operate as a dedicated BYOD-only device, providing businesses of all sizes the ability to bring any video meeting application to their meeting spaces. With Neat Select, Neat Bar is deployed with or without Neat Pad and is centrally managed through Neat Pulse. It extends Neat’s advanced hardware and software capabilities to businesses that have not standardized on a video collaboration platform and want the flexibility to connect to a variety of meeting solutions.
The BYOD market has been largely underserved with video conferencing solutions that come with compromises and challenges for IT and users. Current BYOD hardware devices are difficult to manage centrally and provide IT with no visibility into if or how those spaces are being utilized. They can also provide an inconsistent experience for users, and IT has limited control over improving the meeting experience, both for in-room participants and those connecting remotely.
Neat is going beyond support for Microsoft Teams and Zoom to bring businesses of all sizes a cost-effective solution without compromise or management challenge to address the small to medium or huddle space. Neat Select gives businesses a cost-effective dedicated and reliable BYOD hardware device that’s been built to bring video into meeting spaces. The device is network connected and centrally managed through Neat Pulse, providing IT control and oversight of deployment and providing users with a consistent set of meeting space experiences and making high-quality video conferencing more accessible.
Customers can buy Neat Bar in Neat Select mode from Neat Channel Partners globally and from neat.no.

Neat Select is a BYOD-only option for Neat Bar, making BYOD the primary use of the device. Customers who purchase this option use Neat Pulse to set up the device in a huddle to medium-sized meeting space. Once set up, users connect a laptop to the device to access the desktop video conferencing applications of choice.
Customers that purchase any Neat device as a Microsoft Teams or Zoom appliance can choose to set up the device as a dedicated Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Room appliance or in a dedicated BYOD mode. If the device is set up as Microsoft Teams or Zoom appliance, customers can plug in a laptop for an on-demand BYOD call and then unplug the laptop when the call finishes and the Neat device returns to Zoom or Microsoft Teams mode.
All Neat devices are centrally managed through Neat Pulse and provide customers with oversight of their device deployment.
