Please go to the Zoom administrator page and navigate to ‘Rooms’. Once you have chosen your specific room to edit, you can find the option ‘Start HDMI content share manually on controller’. Enabling this setting will prevent automatic sharing of content in the meeting.

All Neat devices run Neat OS, a hardened and secure firmware locked to work with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams.

The Frame is Microsoft Teams certified as a Teams Display, which allows for use of the whiteboarding feature.

To view the meeting controls when sharing, swipe down from the top of the screen of your Frame. The Zoom meeting controls will then appear at the bottom of the Neat Frame.

This is not possible on the Neat Frame.

This is possible with a USB-C to Ethernet adapter. This adapter is not supplied by Neat and needs to be sourced separately.

Neat Frame will be Microsoft Teams Display only.

The Neat Frame is not designed to support Windows Hello authentication.
