UPDATE on July 30, 2024 at 20:52 UTC: 

Microsoft has stated that Azure services have been restored in most places around the globe. Please feel free to test your login to Pulse as normal service has now been restored.

Pulse login issues are still happening due to Azure services disruptions. Please see the notification from Microsoft here: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status

The team is continuing to monitor Azure status and will update this page.

The login issues to Pulse management platform are resolved. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates.

Azure services are having widespread disruptions globally as described here: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status

Pulse management platform is being affected due to this outage at the moment.

UPDATE on July 30, 2024 at 12:26 UTC: 

We are experiencing an issue where it is not possible to login to Pulse management platform from certain regions in the world. We have identified this issue to be related to the Microsoft Azure cloud services, which are currently ongoing some service disruptions here.

Please note that this issue should not have any impact on the Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls.
