UPDATE on June 11, 2025 at 19:56 UTC:

We are experiencing a service disruption on the Pulse Control Management platform with regards to signing in using Microsoft SSO. Our team is working urgently to resolve the issue.

At this moment, the issue does not impact Google, Email/Password or SAML logins. Microsoft users who are already logged in are also not impacted, as long as they do not get logged out.

Please note that this disruption has no impact on Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls. It only affects the connection of devices to Neat Pulse and subsequently their management and status.

At Neat we pride ourselves on providing a great service and we apologize for any inconvenience this service disruption had caused.

We will continue to update the following table to keep you informed on our progress.
