Manage Your Settings in Neat Pulse

Last updated on November 27, 2025

Neat Pulse allows you to manage all of your Neat devices from one convenient location. In many cases, different levels of granular control and device management are required for devices that are set up in different areas. This can be achieved by setting up regions and locations for your account from the Settings menu in Pulse.

Note: You need to have Owner permissions to access the Settings menu in Pulse and make changes that affect the entire account. For more info, see the article Manage Users and Roles in Neat Pulse.

4. Regions and locations

Your organizational hierarchy in Neat Pulse consists of regions and locations.

  • Regions are larger areas that can contain one or more locations.
  • Locations are specific areas within a region that can contain one or more Neat devices.

4.1 Regions

Admin users in Neat Pulse are assigned to regions, and have access to all of the devices contained in locations within that region.

To create a new region, click the Regions down arrow icon and type the name of your new region into the Enter region name type box and click Create.
