Manually Updating with Neat Pulse

Last updated 27th May, 2025

Devices in manual mode will not automatically download and install updates. Updating can only be done via the Update now functionality or via the Zoom Device Manager or Teams Admin Center, where applicable. Once set to Manual updates, you will have to manually download and install updates as an immediate or scheduled action.

Important note: When you select to manage upgrades manually, you are presented with the following notice: By opting out of automatic upgrades, you are responsible for manually upgrading your Neat devices. Neat devices using different versions of firmware may experience performance issues. Please note: Neat provides support on Neat devices running current released software, or running software from the previous release.
