UPDATE on Feb 8, 2024 at 9:30 UTC:
The maintenance window to carry out further work on Pulse control management platform has been successfully completed. All Pulse Control Management service functions are fully operational.
We continue to monitor the system.

UPDATE on Feb 7, 2024 at 20:00 UTC:
The Neat Pulse Control team will conduct maintenance on the Pulse Control platform to address the recent service disruption on February 6th, 2024.

The work will be carried out on February 8, 2024, between midnight and 2am EST (5:00am to 7:00am UTC).

During this period, the Pulse Control platform will be taken offline at times and may be unreachable.

Please note that this maintenance will not affect any Zoom or Microsoft Teams calls or meetings.
