Pulse management platform is fully restored. We continue to closely monitor the service.

The Pulse team has addressed the slowness of the service and the Pulse management platform is performing normally again. The team is closely monitoring the service.

UPDATE on June 9, 2024 at 09:00 UTC: 

We are experiencing an issue where the Pulse management platform web pages are loading very slowly. Our team is working urgently to resolve the issue. 

Please note that this issue should not have any impact on the Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls.
