UPDATE on March 21, 2024 at 15:40 UTC:
The Neat Pulse Control team will conduct maintenance on the Pulse Control platform to address the recent service disruption on March 19, 2024.

The work will be carried out on Saturday, March 23, between 6am EST to 2pm EST.

We expect Pulse service disruptions for much of this window, but it will not affect any Zoom or Microsoft Teams calls or meetings.
