What Devices are Google Meet Certified?
As of 20th January 2026, the Neat Bar Pro and Neat Bar Gen 2 are officially supported on Google Meet.
Neat Board 50 and Neat Board Pro are currently undergoing the certification process and will be supported soon.
What is the passcode to access Admin Settings on Devices running Google Meet?
When accessing Neat System Settings from the Neat Pad/Board, use the swipe menu from left to right and select Settings. The default password for Admin system settings is the last six digits of the serial number.
When setting up a Neat Bar + Pad, use the last six digits of your Pad’s serial number.
Example: Your Pad has a serial number of NA00000XXXXXX, XXXXXX represents your default password.
You can also make your custom password by defining it under Change Password in the Admin Settings. (Select Admin sign in > “Sign in” > Then select it again as “Sign in as an admin” > Change Password.)
