What payment options does Neat offer if I purchase online?

Neat accepts all major credit cards and bank transfers. Customers who are placing frequent orders or large transactions can apply for credit with Neat here.

Why was my credit card declined?

In most cases, credit cards decline because the billing address and/or billing zip code does not match where statements are sent. Please verify the billing address listed on the order before submitting the order for approval.

I ordered the wrong item(s) or I no longer need my order. Can I change or cancel it?

There is a short window to stop orders already placed from shipping! Contact us at orders@neat.no and we will do our best to assist you.

We do not currently offer third-party freight billing.

Today Neat devices ship from our UPS global distribution centers in the US, Europe, Japan and more recently Australia. These are located as follows:

The shipping terms used by Neat are:

What’s the process for exports to countries where Neat does not have a local presence?

Neat will use our supply chain partner to prepare the shipment, commercial invoice, and all other required export paperwork which will be filed in advance and then follow the shipment to its final destination. You, the customer, will be named as the Importer of Record for the shipment. The broker for the shipment will be UPS.

When the shipment arrives at its destination country, UPS will clear the shipment and bill all appropriate customs and duties taxes directly to you, the customer. These duties and taxes must be paid in full before the order will be released from customs and you will be contacted directly for payment as these are not included in the purchase price from Neat. Since you will be contacted directly by the shipper, it is imperative that the correct contact name and phone number are listed for the person that will fulfill the duties and taxes payment obligations. Neat Certified Refurbished Program FAQs

What is Neat’s Certified Refurbished program?

Neat’s Certified Refurbished program allows our customers to purchase a Neat Factory Certified Refurbished Equipment at a reduced price.*  Currently this program applies to Neat Bar, Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad, with plans to expand it to the other products in the future. 

Which Neat devices are refurbished/re-certified? 

Neat offers our customers a 30-day, “no questions asked” return policy on Neat Bar, Neat Pad, Neat Bar Pro and Neat Frame. If a customer chooses not to move forward with Neat after the evaluation period, the customer returns the product(s) to our returns processing facility in Iowa. 

Our factory recertification technicians: 

  • Completely factory reset the device 
  • Boot up & test the device 
  • Perform a 28-point inspection/validation/replacement of all necessary accessories in the box (e.g. mounts, cables, screws, documentation, warranty information) 
  • Place ‘Neat Factory Recertified‘ labels on the physical product & outer boxes 

Will these devices carry warranty? 

Yes! These devices all carry Neat’s full 1-year warranty, so you can be confident in your purchase!

*Currently the program is limited to sales in the United States and we are working to expand it in our overseas locations.

What is Neat as a Service (NaaS)?

Neat as a Service is a global subscription service directly from Neat that allows any Zoom customer to subscribe to Neat devices for their meeting spaces by paying an affordable, fixed price paid annually or monthly. Neat subscriptions include rental of a Neat device with all the latest software releases and support from Zoom. Add your existing Zoom Rooms or free Zoom for Home license to the Neat device and begin experiencing Zoom Rooms the Neat way. NaaS is currently available in the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. How does Neat as a Service (NaaS) work?

NaaS enables you to equip your Zoom meeting space with a Neat device for as little as US$ 120 per month. It’s a 24-month service plan that provides all the benefits of Zoom Rooms the Neat way with two flexible payment options. You can either pay annually or monthly. After your 24-month term has expired, you can refresh your current Neat device with a Neat device or allow your subscription to auto-renew for another twelve months. Neat as a Service (NaaS) is a global subscription service offered directly from Neat and aligned with Zoom’s Hardware as a Service (HaaS) offering. With NaaS, Zoom customers anywhere around the globe can experience Zoom Rooms the Neat way through a budget-friendly, fixed subscription service. NaaS includes a Neat device and all updates and upgrades. With NaaS, you bring your Zoom Rooms license or use your free Zoom for Home license. Like Zoom HaaS, all technical support is provided by Zoom. Neat as a Service is ideal for Zoom customers outside the US or any Zoom customers with offices and teams geographically scattered around the globe.
