Does Neat Board 32 support pairing with a Neat Pad and a Neat Center?
The Neat Board 32 supports the ability to pair with a Neat Pad. However, currently there is no plan to support pairing Neat Center with Neat Board 32 as Neat Center is not necessary in small spaces.

Yes. It comes with a privacy cover accessory which is included in the box.

No. Neat Board 32 does not have HDMI out functionality to connect to a secondary display.

What operating system does Neat Board 32 run?
Like all Neat devices, Neat Board 32 runs NeatOS, which is based on Android. It will support Android 13, one of the most advanced versions of Android in the market.

Does Neat Board 32 support BYOD and if so what are the USB cable recommendations?
Yes. Neat Board 32 will support BYOD like Neat Board 50 and Neat Board Pro. For USB cable recommendations we recommend the following:
  • Connector: USB-C to USB-C
  • Data Transfer: Minimum USB 3.1
  • DisplayPort (DP) Alt Mode (up to 4K @ 60Hz)
  • Power Delivery USB PD up to 90W with E-marker chip.

How is Neat Board 32 managed?
Devices can be managed and supported via Neat Pulse, which allows IT teams to monitor, update, and support devices remotely from a single dashboard. This solves the problem of IT being unaware of non-functioning setups when devices aren’t centrally manageable.
