Starting February 3rd 2026, customers can visit neat.no/pad-pro/ to express interest in pre-ordering Neat Pad Pro via a simple form. Pre-orders aren’t available online yet; submissions will be routed as pre-sales inquiry leads in Salesforce.

Will Neat Pad Pro replace Neat Pad?

No. Neat Pad Pro is a premium alternative to the existing Neat Pad, which will remain part of Neat’s portfolio. Customers can still choose to replace existing Neat Pads with a new Neat Pad Pro for a more premium performance.

Pad Pro is a future-proof option for those who prefer a larger 10-inch pad over the existing 8-inch Neat Pad.
