Google Meet Licensing Requirements
Last updated January 22, 2026
Bringing Google Meet to your meeting spaces just got easier with a full portfolio of certified devices from Neat.
Most Neat setups will only require the use of the Google Meet Hardware license. For detailed information and pricing, go to: Buy Meet hardware licenses.
To enable Neat with Google Meet, you’ll need the following license(s):
| Scenario | Devices | License required/Room Type |
|---|---|---|
| Shared Workspace | – Neat Bar Gen 2 or Neat Bar Pro with Neat Pad – Neat Board 32/50/Pro* | Google Meet Hardware License |
| Shared Workspace with Scheduling | The above + Neat Pad as scheduler | Google Meet Hardware License for Shared workspace + Third-party license for scheduling app** |
* Please note that Neat Board 32/50/Pro are not yet GA available and will be coming soon.
**Google Meet doesn’t have its own scheduling app, but the use of third-party scheduling tools that integrate with Google Calendar is supported. Neat supports several scheduling apps through App Hub mode on your Neat Pad. To see which apps are available, visit the Neat App Hub page. To set up App Hub on your Neat Pad, follow the instructions in the Get Started with Neat Pulse App Hub article.
