Neat End of Sale and End of Support Notice
To help our customers plan effectively, we are providing clear timelines for the End of Sale and End of Support for Neat Bar and Neat Board. The End of Sale date marks when the device is no longer available for purchase, while the End of Support date indicates when Neat will no longer provide software updates, security patches, or technical assistance for the listed platforms on the following devices. Please refer to the timelines below to ensure continued optimal performance and support for your Neat devices.

- After the end of support date for Neat Bar and Neat Board, you can still run the device in BYOD mode and Neat App Hub.
- If you’re looking for an appliance-based alternative to Neat Bar, we recommend Neat Bar Generation 2.
- We are expanding on the success of Neat Board with Neat Board 50 and the newly launched Neat Board Pro.
