Important Update: Changes to the Neat Pulse Audit Logs feature

Dear valued Neat Pulse customer,

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our service, we are building out our Neat Pulse offering and refining its associated plans. We want to inform you about an upcoming change to the Audit Logs feature within the Pulse management platform.

What’s Changing?

On March 31st 2026, the Audit Logs feature will be moved from our free Starter plan to our paid plans. We made this decision because the Audit Logs feature is primarily designed to support the advanced needs of our enterprise customers, and we believe it should be part of our premium offerings.

Continued Access Until March 31st 2026

We understand that this change may come as a surprise, and we want to ensure a smooth transition. To give you ample time to adjust, we will continue to offer the Audit Logs feature to all users on the Starter plan until March 31st 2026. This means you can still access and utilize this feature without interruption for the next several months.

Upgrading to a Paid Plan

If the Audit Logs feature is critical to your operations and you wish to continue using it beyond March 31st 2026, we encourage you to consider upgrading to one of our paid plans. Our paid plans not only include the Audit Logs feature but also offer a host of additional benefits designed to enhance your device management experience including API access, SAML SSO, and advanced software updates.
