Neat Pulse Control Service Update – March 19, 2024

UPDATE on March 20, 2024 at 17:40 UTC: 

Neat Sensor data has now been fully restored. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates.

UPDATE on March 19, 2024 at 16:05 UTC: 

Pulse Services have now been restored with the exception of Neat Sensor data. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates.

UPDATE on March 19, 2024 at 15:45 UTC: 

Pulse Team is currently conducting ongoing maintenance on Pulse services. Some tenants may experience slight degradation in certain services. We will continue to monitor the system closely and provide updates accordingly.

UPDATE on March 19, 2024 at 12:40 UTC: 

Some services have been restored, with the exception of Neat Sensor data, which is currently undergoing restoration. Our Pulse team is diligently working on resolving this final step. We will continue to monitor the system and provide updates.

UPDATE on March 19, 2024 at 11:40 UTC: 

We are experiencing a service degradation on the Pulse Control Management platform. Our team is working urgently to resolve the issue. 

Please note that this degradation has no impact on the Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls. It only affects Neat Pulse website access (including provisioning of new Pulse customer orgs) and the ability to enrol and administer devices via the Pulse management portal.
