Neat Pulse Control Service Update – Oct 29, 2025

Our cloud service provider, Microsoft Azure, has confirmed the issue had been resolved on their end October 30th, 2025 at 03:33 UTC. Worldwide Azure services can be tracked at https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status.
Previous message:
We are experiencing a service disruption on the Pulse Control Management platform with users not being able to sign in to their accounts.  
Please note that this disruption has no impact on Neat device’s ability to join Zoom or Teams calls. It only affects users being able to sign into Neat Pulse and subsequently manage their devices. If you are already logged into Pulse, please do not log out of the platform.
We believe this disruption is associated with an ongoing incident with our cloud service provider, which is impacting authentication services. We are seeking updates from our provider on the disruption, and will share further information as soon as we have it.
