📣 What’s new in Neat Pulse – May 2026

Your quick rundown of the latest Neat Pulse updates

We’re always working to make Neat Pulse work better for you. Here are some highlights of what we’ve been up to so far in 2026, from faster room setup and sharper device control, to stronger security and more powerful tools for admins and integrators

đź’ˇ Set up profiles and rooms and move devices in a fraction of the time

Add up to 20 rooms at once, create locations and profiles along the way, and export enrollment codes as a CSV, all in a single flow. We’ve also released a new set of APIs that make creating, updating, and deleting Profiles a breeze.
Moving devices between rooms is simpler too, and if you’re managing devices through the API, there’s now an endpoint for that as well.

⚙️ Manage NeatOS updates through Neat Pulse API

That same API-first approach extends to NeatOS updates. Three new endpoints let you get a list of updates available for all Neat devices in your organization, see available updates for a specific Neat device, and trigger updates for a specific Neat device, so you can easily keep your whole fleet up to date.

đź”’ Lock down your devices with passwords from Neat Pulse

You can now set both the Remote Access Password and the Settings Password directly from Neat Pulse. Both options live under the System section of device settings, making it easier to apply consistent security across your whole fleet. And if you want to apply passwords to multiple devices at once, you can do so from Profiles.

🔎 Find exactly the devices you’re looking for, instantly

You can now filter devices by NeatOS version, software channel, and installed apps. Search terms and active filters are also reflected in the URL, so bookmarking or sharing a specific view with a colleague is as simple as copying a link.

đź”” Get Alerts and Events straight to your desktop or mobile (Beta)

A number of webhook Alerts and Events are now available in Beta with more to come.
Get notified directly with a contextual message in Slack or Teams, or with alerts to other systems and platforms, if a Neat device goes offline, signs out of Teams, or if room occupancy changes.
Neat Pulse webhook Alerts and Events support message authentication and signing to help keep your integrations secure and reliable. Read more about Alerts and Events here.

🔄 Factory reset devices remotely

A new API endpoint lets you factory reset devices without being in the room. Combined with expanded Remote Access API controls, you have more power than ever to manage large deployments from a single place.

âś… Track and export accurate admin activity

Exported Audit Log CSV files now correctly reflect any active filters, and a new API request lets you pull Audit Log history automatically, making it easier to keep track of who did what, and when, across your whole organization.

Neat Pulse is included with every Neat device. If your organization is not already using Neat Pulse, head over to pulse.neat.no to sign up and get started within minutes.
