Managing 10 rooms is one thing. Managing 10,000 is another. With Neat Pulse you can now apply actions to multiple Spaces at the same time, so you can reconfigure your entire fleet in the time it takes to update a single room.

With Neat Pulse, you can already select multiple devices within a Space and act on them together. That same capability now works at the Space level. You can select multiple Spaces and, in one step, assign or reassign a location, apply or update a settings profile, export enrollment codes, or remove Spaces entirely.

How Bulk actions on Spaces save you time

Bulk actions turn jobs that used to mean hours of one-by-one updates, like clearing empty rooms, onboarding a new floor, or standing up a new deployment, into something that takes a few clicks, no matter how many Spaces are involved.

Assigning locations used to mean editing each room. Now a whole batch of Spaces can be assigned or reassigned a location at once. This is useful any time you’re reorganizing your deployment or bringing a new building online.

Rolling out a settings profile works the same way. Instead of configuring room by room, you can push a consistent profile across an entire floor in seconds, and update it just as easily when things change.

Getting a new office or floor enrollment-ready no longer means generating codes one device at a time. Easily export a full set of enrollment codes for every Space you’re setting up and hand installers a ready-to-use list immediately.

Cleaning up duplicates, empty rooms, or repurposed spaces is now a single action across everything you’ve selected, rather than a room-by-room task.

Removing a Space unenrolls every device in it, and it’s permanent, so always double-check before confirming.
